具有再生特性的小麦材料筛选与细胞学分析 被引量:1

Selection of Wheat Material with Regrowth Habit and Their Cytology Analysis

摘要 对492份小麦远缘杂交后代材料进行了再生特性的观察,发现99份具有再生习性,并对其中4份再生性好的品系进行了细胞学分析,结果表明,新选育材料的体细胞既有普通小麦型,也有八倍体小偃麦型和多体添加系。同时探讨了多年生小麦的选育方法与利用前景。 Through distant hybridization characteristics of 492 wheat offspring materials were recycled observed and it was found that 99 copies of the material had regrowth habit and four good lines of which conducted cytological analysis.The results show that the new breeding materials are common wheat cellular system,Octoploid Trititrigia and muti-body additive system,and perennial wheat breeding methods and their use in the future were explored as well.
