摘要
为了筛选出低毒、高效、残效期长、对作物和天敌无害的杀虫剂及药剂量,选择市场所售生物源杀虫剂,对西葫芦美洲斑潜蝇进行了田间防效试验和对天敌影响的研究。结果表明,0.5%藜芦碱可湿性粉剂300倍液、菜喜25g/L悬浮剂250倍液、1.8%阿维菌素1500倍液、0.6%清源保400倍液和安打15%悬浮剂800倍液5种药剂10d的防效分别为98.50%,97.29%,95.04%,95.23%和88.44%,其中,清源保和安打对天敌无杀伤力。
To select pesticides of lowtoxicity,high efficiecy,long residual period,and harmless to crops and natural enemies and drug dosage,this study selected biological insecticides to test field efficiencies on Liriomyza sativae and impacts on natural enemies.The results showed that field control effect of these five kinds of pesticides,0.5% veratridine wetable powder in 300 fold liquid,spinosad,25 g/L suspending agent in 250 fold liquid,1.8% abmectin EC in 1 500 fold liquid,prosuler in 400 fold liquid and 15% indoxacarb suspending agent in 800 fold liquid,in ten days were 98.50,97.29,95.04,95.23 and 88.44 percents respectively.Prosuler and Indoxacarb showed no lethality on natural enemies,which provided some scientific basis for protection of the natural enemies and rational use of pesticides.
