摘要
目的:通过分析彩色时频能量图谱,能够直观地区分不同心音,为临床心脏病诊断提供一种有效的参考。方法:基于LabVIEW8.6虚拟仪器开发平台,采用解析小波变换(AWT)构建心音信号的时-频二维彩色能量图谱。结果:通过对正常人和心肌病患者的不同样本分析,在时频能量图谱上能够明显地表现出其差异。结论:分析结果证明,该方法能有效地区分正、异常心音,并揭示出频率成分随时间的变化过程,有助于心脏病的辅助诊断。
Objective To distinguish different heart sound signals through time-frequency energy spectrum and provide an efficient approach in clinical diagnosis of heart disease.Methods Based on LabVIEW8.6 virtual instrument developing platform,the colored time-frequency energy spectrum was established using AWT.Results Obvious difference could be found between cardiomyopathy patient and normal person in time-frequency energy spectrum through the analyses of different samples of those subjects.Conclusion This method can efficiently distinguish normal heart sounds from abnormal heart sounds and reveal the variation process of frequency along with time,which also makes good for aided diagnosis of heart disease.
