摘要
为了提高野战手术车麻醉工作效率,分析了近年来麻醉技术的进展,对比了吸入麻醉与全凭静脉麻醉的特点,得出静脉麻醉更符合野战复杂环境需求的结论,并根据目前手术车的配置及静脉麻醉的特点提出了相应的手术车改进建议。
The progress of anesthesia technology is analyzed to enhance the anesthesia efficiency in the field surgical vehicle.The inhalation anesthesia is compared with the intravenous one,and the latter is thought to be more adaptable under field condition.The improvement scheme for the field surgical vehicle,based on the analyses of the layout of the vehicle and intravenous anesthesia,is put forward.
