摘要
目的:检测高频电刀输出功率,用于建立、健全该设备质量控制方案。方法:运用福禄克电外科分析仪(454A)分别检测高频电刀的单极和双极的输出功率,并绘制功率负载曲线。结果:32台受检高频电刀输出功率合格率为96.9%;输出功率的误差均发生在大功率点处且与设备本身使用年限有密切关系。结论:检测结果可以作为高频电刀验收、质控过程中的参考数据,也可以作为使用及维修过程中校准输出功率的参照值。
Objective To establish and consummate the quality control project by measuring output power of radio knife.Methods Fluke Electrical Surgery analyzer(454A)was used to measure the monopolar and bipolar output power of the radio knife.Besides,the output power-load resistance graphics were drawn based on the measure data.Results From the measure sample of 32 radio knives,the pass rate of output power achieved 96.9%.The output power error all occurred at the high measure points.The output power error had a close reference to service time.Conclusion The measure results can be used for reference during the process of sampling check and quality control.The measure data also can be used for calibration.
