摘要
研究了细胞分裂素Meta-topolin和6-BA对香蕉组培苗组织培养的影响,结果表明,Meta-topolin相对于6-BA能更有效地促进香蕉组培苗生长发育及增殖,更有利于组培苗的移栽生长;最佳分化浓度为0.5mg/L,可大幅度降低不正常芽的发生,提高增殖系数。应用Meta-topolin进行植物组培研究及组培苗生产有着广阔的前景。
The effect of different concentrations gradient of Meta-topolin and 6-BA on shoot regeneration of a few banana varieties had been studied in the process of tissue culture.The results showed that the Meta-topolin was better than 6-BA on the way of promoting development and proliferation of banana tissue culture shoots and benefit growth of rooting seedlings. The optimum concentration of Metatopolin used in the bud differentiation was 0.5 mg/L, medium with Meta-topolin could greatly reduce the occurrence of abnormal shoots, improved the muhiplication rate. The useful conclusion could be expressed that application of Meta-topolin was an effective method on the tissue culture research and seedling production and had broad prospects.
