热带地区水培荆芥营养液配方的筛选研究

Study of nutrient ssolution formula for the hydroponics Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq in tropics.

为了筛选热带地区秋冬季荆芥水培适宜的营养液配方,研究了5种不同的营养液配方(A:Hoagland和Anon配方;B:英国洛桑试验站配方;C:华南农业大学叶菜B配方;D:日本园试配方;E:北京蔬菜研究中心配方)对水培荆芥生长和品质的影响。试验结果表明:从植株的形态指标来看,C配方表现最为优秀,其次是A配方和D配方,E配方和B配方表现最差;叶绿素和类胡萝卜含量,以E配方和B配方的最高,C配方的最低;根系活力以A配方的最强,E配方的最低;可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白均以E配方的最高,D配方的次之;荆芥的硝酸盐含量,以C配方和D配方的低,E配方的最高。在本试验中,综合各种指标,C配方、D配方、A配方是相对适宜的水培荆芥营养液配方。

In order to study the appropriate solution formula for the hydroponics Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq in fall and winter in tropics,the effects of different nutrient solution formulas （A： Hoagland and Anon＇s formula; B： the england rothamstedc formula; C： South China Agricultural University nutrient solution formula B for leaf vegetables; D： Japanese garden test formula; E： The formula of Beijing vegetable research centre） on the growth and quality of hydroponics Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq in tropics were studied. The results showed that The C formula was the best formula for the Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq according to the morphological indicators, the A formula and the D formula took the second place, the E formula and B formula was the worst. The chlorophyll and carotenoid content of the Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq in E formula and B formula was the highest, which in the C formula was the lowest. The root vigor of the Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq in A formula was the highest, which in the E formula was the lowest. The soluble sugar and soluble protein content of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq in E formula was the highest, the D formula took the second place. The nitrate content of the Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq in D formula and C formula was relatively lower, that in the E formula was the highest. In this experiment, C formula, D formula and A formula were the relatively suitable formulas for the hydroponics Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.
