农村留守儿童权益保护机制研究

农村留守儿童问题是我国农村问题在社会转型期中的特殊表现。由于保护机制的缺失,我国农村留守儿童的人身权、受教育权难以保障,发展权受到一定的影响,参与权被忽视。农村留守儿童权益保障不力既有社会因素、政府因素,也有家庭监护方面的原因。完善农村留守儿童的权益保护需要健全相关法律,完善国家监护制度和委托监护制度,需要政府、社会、家庭的共同努力。

Protecting the legal interest of rural left-behind ehildren was not only relate to the children themselves, but related to the stable development in rural society and national political stability. Reforming and improving the related to law, regulation and system, integrating social sources, and protecting the legal interests of rural left-behind children effectively were kind of necessity for constructing new socialist countryside and harmonious society.
