江门农产品配送中心选址研究——基于重心法和AHP法

Research on location selection of farm produce distribution center in Jiangmen city based on gravity method and AHP model

作为以农业为主的小城市,江门应积极促进农产品物流的发展,而当务之急是农产品配送中心的建立。影响江门配送中心选址的因素主要有交通条件、基础设施、服务水平、经营环境以及货源分布和数量等。基于重心法得到备选地点开平和台山。考虑到重心法的计算结果精准性稍欠,再引入层次分析法模型能较准确地确定台山为江门农产品配送中心的最佳设置地点。

As a small city focusing on agriculture, Jiangmen city absolutely should make progress in agriculture logistics. At present, it was important to found the farm produce distribution center. The factors that influence the selection of distribution center were transportation condition, infrastructure construction, level of service, operating environment and supply distribution and the quantity of products. Based on the Gravity method, evidently Kaiping and Taishan were the alternative locations. Considering the defect of Gravity method, Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to quote a more accurate consequence that the best location of farm produce distribution center was Taishan.
