关节清理术结合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较应用膝关节清理术、关节腔内注射透明质酸钠、两者结合应用三种方法治疗膝部骨性关节炎疗效。方法 150例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为3组:A组采用关节腔内注射透明质酸钠,每周一次,连续注射5次;B组采用关节镜下关节清理术;C组行关节清理术后1周开始,每周注射透明质酸钠一次,共5次。在6个月后比较三种方法的治疗效果。结果关节清理术结合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效与单独应用关节清理术或关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效差异有统计学意义(t分别=15.12、16.64,P均<0.05),而单独应用关节清理术和单独应用关节腔注射透明质酸钠两者之间的疗效差异无统计学意义(t=1.22,P>0.05)。结论关节清理术结合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效优于单独应用关节清理术或关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效,是治疗膝骨性关节炎的一种较好的方法 。 Objective To study the curative effects of arthroscopic debridement combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for osteoarthritis of knee and compare with separately arthroscopic debridement of knee or intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. Methods Totally 150 patients with osteoarthritis of knee were randomly divided into 3 groups: simply sodium hyaluronate was used in group A once a week, continuous injection of 5 times; simply arthroscopic debridement of the knee was used in group B; group C: sodium hyaluronate was injected once a week after arthroscopic debridement of knee. After six months curative effects of three methods were compared. Results The curative effects of group C was significant better than that of group A and group B (t= 15.12,16.64,P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the group A and group B (t =1.22,P〉 0.05). Conclusions The effect of combination of both application is better than arthroscopic debridement alone or intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate alone in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee. So it is the better method for osteoarthritis of knee.
