低浓度异氟醚麻醉下正常人指令反应变化与定量脑电图的关系 被引量:1

Correlation between quantitative EEG and responses to command in volunteer at sub-MAC isoflurane

摘要 目的 探讨 q EEG在预示全麻后唤醒方面的作用。方法 无神经系统损伤的健康志愿者 ,按 0 .0、0 .2、0 .3、0 .4MAC递增呼气末异氟醚浓度 ,至指令反应全部消失为止 ,同时观察 q EEG及指令反应的变化。结果  F8、O2 导联 δ波 ,A1 、A2 、O1 导联 θ波 ,F7导联 α波及 O1 、O2 导联 β波的相对功率随呼气末异氟醚浓度变化而变化 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;90 % SEF、MPF及 δ比率无明显改变。相同 MAC异氟醚下指令反应不尽相同。O1 、O2 导联 δ波与 α波 ,F7、F8、A1 导联 θ波及 F8导联 β波相对功率在不同指令反应程度间有明显差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 各参数变异较大 ,不能定量分析 ;异氟醚在大脑皮层作用广泛 ;q EFG变化可反映苏醒的趋势 ,但不能作为预示唤醒的定量指标。 Objective In order to investigate if quantitative EEG(qEFG)can be the credible indicator for predicting awakening after general anesthesia.Methods The end expiratory concentration of isoflurane was increased gradually from 0.2 MAC by step of 0.1 MAC in each of ten healthy volunteers until the responses to command had disappeared.The changes of qEEG and the responses to command were observed.Results The δ power in F 8 and O 2,θ power in A l,A 2 and O 1,α power in F 7 and β power in O 1 and O 2 recording electrodes were found changed significantly with increases in concentrations of isoflurane(P<0 05);SEF,MPF,and δ ratio were unchanged.The degrees of responses to command were different under same MAC of isoflurane.The α power and δ power in O 1 and O 2,θ power in F 7,F 8 and A 2 β power in F 8 recording electrodes changed remarkably with the different degree of responses to command(P<0 05) Conclusion qEEG may predicts the tendency of awakening instead of being regarded as the credible parameter.
