摘要 多发伤是指在同一致伤因子打击下,人体同时或相继有两个以上的解剖部位或脏器受损,其中至少一处是致命伤。多发伤伤情重、变化快,早期即发生休克及低氧血症，这些因素刺激机体炎性细胞使之过度释放各种促炎介质，导致全身炎症反应综合征（systemic inflammatory response syndrome，SIRS），
