大学生法律素质存在的问题及改善对策

Problems in College Students' Legal Quality Cultivation and Countermeasures

随着我国经济体制改革的全面深入,作为社会主义现代化建设接班人的大学生,肩负着历史重任。对当前大学生法律素质的现状进行了分析,认为一些大学生中存在法律意识淡薄、法律信仰不高、法制观念与行为脱节等问题,导致近年来大学生违法犯罪现象有所突出,这已成为不容回避的现实。在此基础上提出了加强大学生法律素质培养的具体措施。

With the overall and deepening reform of China＇s economic structure,the college students,as socialist modernization cause successors,is taking on heavier historical responsibility.However,the legal consciousness of college students is weak,legal faith not sufficient,legal sense and behavior out of joint,which have made graduate violations and crimes inevitable and noticeable.Detailed and concrete strategies were proposed to reinforce the training of college students＇ legal quality.
