摘要
按照传统产业分工理论,中国制造业的竞争优势表现在劳动密集及其低成本上,但这对于有效配置劳动力资源和实现制造业转型的启示并不大。通过对产品架构——这一产业内分工视角的研究,可以看出一国制造业竞争优势往往来源于其可能的劳动力限制。这一结果对于中国制造业转型和竞争力提升具有重要的意义。
According to the theory of traditional industrial division, Chinese manufacturing industry shows its competitive ad-vantages in labor intensive and low cost, but the enlightemnent of the efficient allocation of labor resources and the realization of the transformation of manufacturing industry is not obvious. Based on the product structure -- an intra - industry division perspective, this paper believes that a country＇s competitive advantages may often come from its probable labor restrictions. This result is of importance to the transformation and competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing industry.
