理解李渔的"虚实"观,不能仅限于对其理论观点之分析,还必须结合其传奇创作。李渔的"虚实"观不仅解决了题材来源的问题,还关注到了情节叙述以及"写实"与虚构的处理问题。李渔视传奇为"大半寓言",在其传奇创作中,有其理念、情感含蕴其中。李渔之"虚实"观认为,剧本选材时,如果所选材料有故事原型,要有基本的依循,在谋篇布局时则不排除虚构。虚构是为其传奇创作服务的,并不违背艺术的真实性原则。
To understand Li Yu's viewpoint of the fabrication and truth, we cannot be confined to the analysis of his theory and should combine with his writing of Chuan Qi. His viewpoint of the fabrication and truth provides the origins of subjects for his writing of Chuan Qi. Meanwhile, it also involves the narrating of plots and arrangements for faetualizing and fictional- izing. Li Yu considers the Chuan Qi as mostly allegorical. Li Yu's ideas and emotions are integrated into his writing of Chuan Qi. According to Li Yu's viewpoint of the fabrication and truth, if there is a prototype during choosing subjects, his writing of Chuan Qi will be based on it. However, fictionalizing is necessary for him to structure his article. Fictionalizing serving Li Yu's Chuan Oi is not against the realistic principle of art.
