摘要
以IT业员工为样本,对变革型领导与关联绩效之间的关系进行了实证检验。结果证实变革型领导对员工关联绩效具有正向预测作用,这一作用是在组织承诺的中介作用下得以实现的。
Taking the IT employees as the sample,this paper makes an empirical test of the relation between transformational leaders and relevant performance,and finally comes to the conclusion that transformational leaders play a positive role in predication,which is realized through organizational commitment as intermediation.
