On the Construction of Anti-corruption Culture and the Ecological Optimization of Social Politics

一个良好的社会政治生态是国家长治久安的保障,也是民族复兴的基础。当前与腐败现象伴生的腐败文化在很多领域有滋生蔓延之势,其所具有的"扩散蔓延效应"、"群体压力效应"、"癌变效应"对社会政治生态产生了恶劣影响。廉政文化建设是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,从政治文化、社会文化、职业文化、社会舆论四个层面开展廉政文化建设,有针对性地遏制腐败,铲除腐败文化产生的社会土壤,能有效地促进社会政治生态的优化,从而为实现中华民族的伟大复兴奠定坚实的基础。

A benign ecology of social politics can guarantee the long-term national peace and order and set the basis for the revival of the Chinese nation as well. At present, the phenomenon of corruption has an upward and spreading tendency in various fields. The inclination of spreading, group pressure and becoming malignant severely worsens the ecology of social politics. The construction of anti-corruption culture occupies an important component of advanced socialist culture. We should conduct the construction of anti-corruption culture from the perspective of political cul- ture, social culture, vocational culture and public opinion. We should also pertinently combat corruption and eradicate the social soil which breeds corruption. In this way, we can advance the ecological optimization of social politics and establish a solid foundation to realize the revival of Chinese nation.
