摘要
研究了氧化洗尽残渣在还原气氛下焙烧时的脱砷情况,实验表明,影响残渣脱砷率的主要因素为焙烧温度、加碳量及焙烧时间;较优的脱砷条件是:焙烧温度1 000~1 100℃、焦粉配入量12%、焙烧时间30 min,砷脱除率>95%。
The arsenic residue were roasted in reducing atmosphere. The results show that the dominant factors to the de-arsenic rate were roasting temperature, the dosage of coke and roasting time. The optimal processing conditions are. the temperature is 1 000-1 100℃, the dosage of coke additive is 12% and the roasting time is 30 minutes. The de-arsenic rate was more than 95%.
