摘要
以四乙酰基六氮杂异伍兹烷(TAIW)和对氯苯甲酰氯为原料合成了四乙酰基-二(对氯苯甲酰基)六氮杂异伍兹烷,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱及元素分析确定了目标化合物的结构.讨论了反应介质、反应温度、反应时间、操作条件、催化剂对反应的影响,结果表明:DMF作反应介质,无水三氯化铝作为催化剂,在40℃下减压反应6h得到目标化合物,产物产率可达70.4%.
Tetraacety-bis(p-chlorobenzamido)hexaazaisowurtzitane is prepared through reaction between tetraacetylhexaazaisowurtzitane and p-Chlorobenzoic acid chloride.The structure of product has been determined by IR,1HNMR,MS and elemental analysis.The effect of reaction solvent,operation procedure,catalyst on yield and purity are discussed in order to find out the best synthesis condition.The optimum conditions are found as follows:Aluminum chloride anhydrous as catalyst,DMF as reaction medium,the reaction accomplished at 40 ℃ for 6 h in low pressure.The yield of target propounds is 70.4%.
