全球化的迅猛发展将人置于后果严重的不确定的风险社会中,突发性自然灾害以及经济、政治、文化、民族等冲突导致的突发事件随时都可能发生,人们面临着生存与发展的危机。后突发事件的思想政治教育就在事后进行深刻反省,弥补突发事件给人们在思想上造成的巨大伤害,缝合精神上的伤口,抚慰心灵,填平裂痕,引导人们重塑价值观念并不断完善思想政治工作的应急机制。

The rapid development of globalization has brought people the serious consequences of the uncertainty in society,survival and development posed a threat to the people.Natural,economic,political,cultural and ethnic conflicts and other emergencies may take place at any time.The significance of the idieological and ploitical education in post-emergencies is that we can reflect profoundly after emergencies,so as to suture wounds,soothe the soul,fill the psychological cracks,and guide the value of remodeling and improve emergency response ideological mechanism approach.Therefore,to explore the ideological and political education has important theoretical and practical significance.
