摘要
一个扎实稳健的大学生创新实践平台是高等教育培养具有竞争意识、创新能力、团队精神的出色人才的重要途径与可靠保障,对其建设质量进行评价已逐渐成为高等教育与创新教育中十分重要的环节。在构建大学生创新实践平台建设评价指标体系的基础上,运用基于德尔菲法的层次分析法确定各指标的权重,着重构建模糊综合评价模型,对大学生创新实践平台建设质量进行全面评价,这样可为创新教育与素质培养提供更为科学的依据。
A solid and sound platform for innovative practice of college students is available and important to culture the outstanding talent with the ability of competition,innovation and teamwork in the process of higher education.The quality assessment on the construction of this platform has gradually become a significant part of the work of higher education.On the basis of building the evaluation index system of innovative practice platform for college students,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process based on Delphi Method to determine the weight of each index.Focused on building a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the construction quality of innovative practice platform,in order to provide a strong scientific basis for innovative education and quality training.
