摘要
以固体力学有限元理论为基础,建立了随钻密度仪器强度分析的三维有限元力学模型,求解并得到了在施加钻压、扭矩后的应力场;研究了随钻密度仪器的变形和应力分布规律,为仪器安全使用和优化设计提供了科学依据。
A three-dimension finite element mechanical model for the intensity analysis of formation density logging tool while drilling is established on basis of solid mechanics finite element theory,and the torsion and stress field of the tool is obtained by the model.At the same time,the deformation and stress distribution law of the tool is studied,and the mechanics mechanism of tool failure is analyzed.These researches will supply scientific basis for safety application and optimization design of the tool.
