摘要
结合工程实际,分析了在工程量清单计价模式下,建设工程招投标与合同履行在运作实践中存在的具体问题。以法律法规为依据,提出了解决问题的建议。
The problems in practice of tendering, bidding and contract implementation of construction project under pricing mode based on bill of quantities are analyzed with an engineering example. The suggestions for solving the problems are made based on laws and regulations.
