摘要
建立了用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定牙膏中异阿魏酸(3-羟基-4-甲氧基肉桂酸)质量分数的方法。色谱较佳条件为:采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(Analytical 4.6 mm×250 mm 5-Micron)色谱柱;流动相A为质量分数0.3%磷酸,B为乙腈;分段梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为40℃;检测波长为322 nm。结果表明,异阿魏酸的质量浓度在2.08μg/mL~31.2μg/mL时,质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 99),平均回收率为98.84%。
A HPLC method for determination of 3-hydroxy-4-methoxycinnamic acid in toothpaste was established.The extract was analyzed on a Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column(Analytical 4.6 mm×250 mm 5-Micron),mobile phase: A was mass fraction 0.3% phosphoric acid,B was acetonitrile.Using a stage gradient elution,flow rate,1.0 mL/min,column temperature:40 ℃;λ=322 nm.The mass concentration of 3-hydroxy-4-methoxycinnamic acid with good linearity vs.the peak area within ranges of 2.08 μg/mL~31.2 μg/mL(r = 0.999 99),average recovery was 98.84%.
