独立学院应用型人才培养的现状及对策

The status and counter-measures of the training pattern of application-oriented talents in independent colleges

当前独立学院人才培养模式与母体高校几乎相同,忽视了生源、师资等方面的差异,独立学院毕业生在人才市场上处于劣势。因此独立学院的人才培养模式必须进行合理的定位。通过对全国独立学院人才培养现状进行解析,指出当前独立学院人才培养目标、课程设置、师资水平等方面存在的问题,并给出解决方案:依托母体、错位发展;考虑学生质量、自身发展等方面的差异性,使独立学院真正做到以质量求生存、以特色求发展。

Current independent colleges are almost the same,in ignoring the difference in the source of students,teachers,and the difference in the independent college graduates at a disadvantage in the job market.Therefore,the talent training pattern should be orientated for the sustainable development.Based on the analysis of the present status of the talent training pattern in independent colleges across the nation,it is pointed out that the concerned problems are discovered,such as student quality and its development,and independent colleges develop staggeringly to seek survival in qualities and with characteristics.
