Investigation and research on decision-making factors for the current employment of college graduates

随着大学生就业难问题的持续突出,毕业生就业影响因素已成为解决就业问题的研究热点。本文采用问卷调查方法对影响毕业生就业决策的因素进行了系统的调查、分析和研究,并结合实际提出通过调整毕业生就业心态、提升综合素质,改革教育培养模式、完善就业服务体系,建立有效保障机制等措施促进高校毕业生顺利就业。

With the difficult employment problems of college graduates getting more serious,employment factors have become a hot spot.Survey methods in decision-making factors affecting graduates is used to conduct a systematic investigation,analysis,and research.According to the current situation it also presents some measures which includes adjusting the employment attitude,enhancing the overall quality,improving the training mode,consummating the employment service system,establishing an effective protection mechanism etc.to promote the successful employment of college graduates.
