摘要
本文分析了目前高等学校在教学管理中存在的问题,提出树立以人为本的管理理念,是体现现代教育的基本价值及教育改革和发展的根本要求,分析了建立以人为本管理模式的重要性,提出了高校要努力落实科学发展观,坚持"以人为本",构建并创新合理的教学管理模式,探讨了创新高校教学管理工作中应注意的问题。
Current problems in teaching management are analyzed with the proposal of establishing a people-oriented management philosophy,which is embodying the basic values of modern education and education reform and development of the fundamental requirements.what also analyzed is the importance to establish the model of people-oriented management,with the proposal that university should strive to implement the scientific concept of development,adhere to the ＂people first＂ construction and reasonable teaching innovation management.
