金融危机形势下河北省农民工返乡创业困境与对策研究

On the countermeasures for the hardship in business sponsorship of the returned rural migrant workers in Hebei province

金融危机造成大量农民工返乡,返乡农民工自主创业对于解决"三农"问题、建设社会主义新农村、贯彻落实科学发展观意义重大。但由于国家政策扶持力度不够等原因,导致农民工返乡创业陷入困境。在深入调查研究的基础上,分析了农民工返乡创业的现状和存在的主要问题,并就如何科学引导和扶助农民工返乡创业提出了5点政策建议。

The financial crisis has caused a large number of rural migrant workers in cities to return home.There is great significance for the migrant workers to start their own businesses to solve the ＂three rural issues＂（issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area）,to build a new socialist countryside,and to implement the scientific outlook on development.However,because of the lack of national policy efforts or other reasons,the migrant workers got into trouble.In this paper,we based on in-depth research analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the migrant workers starting their own business,and puts forward some suggestions for policy innovation on how to scientifically guide and support migrant workers to start their own business.
