摘要
从概念入手,阐述了自主学习模式教育理论的起源,结合实际应用着重分析了自主学习模式对不同教育对象的要求以及有效的实施方法,提出开展自主学习模式的质量评价方法,最后对提升自主式学习质量进行了深入思考。对于提高飞行员良好的综合素质以及完善现行教育体制有着现实指导意义。
This article gives the conception of the independent study,expatiates the origin of its theory,analyses its request for different objects and its effective means of practicing on the basis of our cases,gives the way for evaluating the quality of independent study,then it relates further over how to improve the independent study.This article is good for bringing up the pilots′ integrated abilities for setting up a system of education.
