对飞行学院开展信息素质教育的思考

Thinking on the importance to carry out information quality education at Flght Academy

本文从对信息素质的认识入手,提出了飞行学院树立信息素质教育理念是适应空军转型建设的需要、是飞行学院任职教育的需要、是飞行人才成长发展的需要的观点。重点围绕飞行学院图书馆如何开展任职教育阶段的信息素质教育,对模式和方法上进行初步探索和研究,提出了图书馆必须实现4个转变:由被动服务型向主动育人型转变;由浅层次文献型向深层次研究型转变;由"书本位"型向"人本位"型转变;由封闭的阵地型向开放的机动型转变。

Starting with the importance of information quality,this paper puts forwards an idea to carry out information quality education,which is the demand for Air Force transition construction,for Flight Academy qualification education and for flying talents development.Stressing on carrying out information quality education during the period of qualification education,the paper initially advances that the library must realize four transformations-transformation from passive service to initiative training,from data base to research,from ＂book standard＂ to ＂person standard＂ and form the enclosed position to good flexibility.
