Against the influence of the development of network information technology on the ideological and political education,practical problems which occurred in the process of ideological and political education to the officers and soliders by means of network are analyzed.It is important to enhance greatly the pertinence,effectiveness,creativeness of network ideological and political education,to try concrete measures and methods to improve the effectiveness of network ideological and political education,with the hope to solve the ideological problem of officers and soliders.
