摘要
目的探讨亲情服务对乙型肝炎患者情绪及健康教育依从性的干预效果。方法应用亲情护理工作模式对乙型肝炎患者施行心身整体护理,应用格林伯格(Greenberger)情绪评估法对60例乙型肝炎患者于入院时、出院前分别测评实施亲情服务前后患者的情绪状态及对健康教育依从性。结果出院前患者的心理紧张值明显低于入院时(P<0.01),而健康教育依从性明显高于入院时(P<0.01)。结论亲情服务有利于改善乙型肝炎患者不良行为和情绪状态,提高患者的依从性,促进患者健康。
Objective To study the intervention effect compliance of hepatitis B patients with emotional family service and health education.Method Application of family nursing in the implementation of hepatitis B patients on the overall physical and Psychological care,application of Greenberger emotional evalution method on 60 patients with hepatitis B on admission,before discharge,respectively before and after evaluation the implementation of family service and the emotional state of patients health compliance.Results Psychological stress in patients before discharge was significantly lower than on admission(P〈0.01),and health education compliance was significantly higher than admission(P〈0.01).Conclusion Family nursing to help improve the bad behavior and mood in patients hepatitis B,improve patients compliance and promote patients health.
