河南省承接东部产业转移的影响因素和对策分析

沿海产业的"退沿进中"、中部崛起战略的实施为中部省份承接产业转移提供了机遇。处于产业低梯度区的河南如何承接产业转移,优化产业结构,己成为河南产业发展面临的关键问题和严峻挑战。文章从分析我国东部产业转移的特点入手,分析了河南省承接产业转移的影响因素,并据此提出承接东部产业转移、促进地方特色产业发展、加快河南省经济发展的对策建议。

The coastal industry,＂exit coastal areas and enter into Central China ＂and the implementation of strategy for the Rise of Central China provides the opportunity for the central provinces to relocate industries.Located at the low-gradient areas in the industry,how to undertake industrial shift for Henan province and optimize industrial structure has become the key issues facing the industry development and challenges.After analyzing the characteristics of the country＇s eastern industrial transfer and the impact factors of industries to relocate in Henan Province,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures to undertake the eastern industrial transfer in order to promote the industrial development with local characteristics and speed up economic development in Henan Province.
