诊所式法律教育在理工科院校存在的问题及对策——以哈尔滨理工大学为例

Problems of clinical legal education in technical colleges and its solutions——Take Harbin Institute of Technology for example

诊所式法律教育模式以其独有的特色在法学教育方法中凸显其优势,但其在理工科院校的推广应用中还存在着经费不足、师资力量缺乏、学生的时间、精力及案源有限等问题。针对这些问题,提出了相应的对策,对诊所式法律教育方式在我国的长远建设和发展起到了一定的促进作用。

Clinical Legal Education,with its unique characteristics,highlights its strengths in educational methods of law but its popularization and application in science and engineering colleges are difficult for insufficient funds,lack of qualified teachers,students＇ time and energy,and as well as limited source of case.To solve these problems,the author proposed countermeasures,which played a certain role in promoting the way of the Clinical Legal Education in China＇s long-term construction and development.
