Liu Shaoqi took care of the common people’s sufferings,and he attached importance to the people’s livelihood as his task direction throughout his life.He came back to Hunan to survey and find out the people’s livelihood condition that providing scientific evidence for the Communist Party of China to make policy,and establishing substantial theoretical and ideological base for the national economy to recover in the difficult period.His style of work that linking theory with practice and striving for matters relating to work that must be of great theoretical and actual significance to build up socialist harmonious society and to promote economy’s and society’s scientific development.
