To nurse the professional talents on the level of undergraduates is the requirement of the readjustion of the industries structure and the hi-tech industries in groups.The experience of the soicial and economic development and transformation of the higher learning in the developed countries indicated that to nurse the professional personnel on the level of undergraduate is the common trend of talent diversity.It is,therefore,that to culture the professional talent is the social duty of local colleges and universities.
