结合面参数以及“重心驱动”对机床动力学性能的影响 被引量:4

Influence of the Combined Interface Parameters and the Technology of Driven at Center of Gravity(DCG) to the Dynamic Performance of Machine Tool

摘要 以基于"重心驱动"原理的MCH63精密卧式加工中心为研究对象通过模态实验识别导轨滑块结合面参数,应用多体动力学理论和虚拟样机技术,建立机床"箱中箱"结构动力学模型,分析动力学参数——刚度、阻尼值的改变和"重心驱动"对机床动力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用"重心驱动"的双驱结构比传统的单驱结构动力学性能有明显的改善,导轨滑块结合面动力学参数刚度、阻尼值越大,机床的动力学性能越好机床的振动越小。 As the research object,MCH63 precise horizontal machining center is based on the technology of driven at center of gravity(DCG).In this paper,the dynamic parameters of rolling guide-slider combined interface is identified in a modal experiment.Based on the multi-body dynamics and the virtual prototype technology,the machine tool"body in body" dynamic model is established.The influence to the dynamic performance which is made by the change of dynamic parameters of stiffness and damping and and DCG technology is ana- lysed.Analysis results indicate that the dynamic performance of the machine tool is much better with doubledriving structure which employs DCG technology than traditional single-driving structure, the largerer the dynamic parameters of stiffness and damping are, the better the dynamic performance of the machine tool is and the less the vibration of machine tool is.
