摘要
在分析了工业有线通信控制系统中现场布线和后期维护的诸多不便,同时通信线路的老化也是影响控制系统稳定性和安全性的主要原因之后,提出了无线通信控制技术,采用隧道设计的原理,将HART协议帧封装在2.4G频率的无线通信帧的数据字段中,以无线链路来代替有线通信电缆。并且介绍了基于MSP430F1611和CC2420构建无线通信控制系统的硬件电路和通信软件的设计方案,以及在HART仪表工业现场控制系统中的应用;最后成功地进行了有针对性的实验测试,给出了分析结果,并讨论了该系统设计的经济价值和理论优势。
In the analysis of quite a lot of inconvenience in the field cabling and post-project maintenance of industrial wired communication control system, and that the aging of communication lines is also affecting control system stability and security, the paper proposes wireless communication control technology. According to the principle of Tunneling design, the wireless link that the HART protocol frame will be encapsulated in the data fields in the frame of the 2.4G wireless communication frequencies, leads to replace the wired communication cable. And that introduces the M SP430F1611 and the CC2420-based control system hardware and software design, and the application of HART instrument industrial Field Control System. Finally, the successful experiments are carried out for targeted testing, and results of the analysis are given. Furthermore, the design of the system economic value and theoretical advantages are discussed.
