摘要 作为管理企业智力资产的主要工具,PDM/PLM系统只要具有了灵活的架构、快速部署的能力、强大的扩展性和开放性,才能真正具有竞争力,在市场中占据一席之地。为此提出了基于元模型的可定制产品数据模型,首先分析了可定制数据模型的内涵,论述了支持数据模型定制的产品数据管理的体系结构,建立了产品元模型结构,阐述了数据模型定制机制,通过定制实现了产品结构设计阶段的数据模型,最后在山东山大华天软件公司的PLM系统InforCenter中实现,并在某船厂成功应用实施。通过定制产品设计阶段数据模型和成功的实施应用,说明该理论具有理论和实际意义。 As the most important management system for product data, PDM/PLM needs flexible architecture, the capability of rapid deployment, powerful expansibility and openness. In order to achieve it, the theory of customized product data model based meta-model is presented. Firstly, the meaning of customized prod- uct data model is analyzed. Then discuss the software architectures supporting the customized product data model and advance product meta-model. Using the new method of customizing product data model, the product data model in design stage is achieved. At last the theory is used in the PLM system--InforCenter of SHANDONG HOTEAM SOFTWARE Co. Ltd, which achieves success in a shipyard.
