浅析人力资源管理中的心理契约构建

摘要 心理契约是组织与员工之间的主观心理约定。重视并构建合理的心理契约是提高员工绩效的客观要求。心理契约的构建与维护贯穿了员工社会化的全过程。有效招聘、充分沟通、重视公平、动态管理是构建合理心理契约的主要手段。
