随着经济的发展,动物食品在人们生活中所占比例越来越大,而各种动物食品中的兽药残留污染,已成为危及人类健康的公共热点问题。兽药代谢残留种类繁多,分布广泛。主要介绍了常见兽药及其代谢残留的概况。

With the rapid development of economy, there is a growing proportion of animal foodstuffs in people＇s lives, but the pollution of veterinary drugs in various of animal foodstuffs and the danger to human＇s body have become hot spots of society. There are many kinds of residues, and they widely distribute in animals. This paper introduces some common veterinary drugs, their metabolism and residues.
