摘要
建立一种快速、准确测定白鲜皮中梣酮含量的HPLC—MSMS分析方法。测定方法为:液相色谱条件为XDB—C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水,m(甲醇):m(水)=65:35,流量为0.3mL/min。质谱条件为Fragmento电压100V,定量离子m/z215,碰撞能量4V;定性离子m/z187,碰撞能量10V。结果表明,质量浓度为0.0084~0.840mg/L,相关性R2=0.99999,回收率92.8%-100.0%;定性检出浓度(S/N=3)0.002mg/L;定量检出浓度(S/N=10)0.007mg/L。该方法准确可靠,适用于白鲜皮中梣酮的定量分析。
An analyzing method based on HPLC-MSMS was established to determine the fraxinellone content in Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. fleetly and truly. Methods: The condition of liquid chromatogram: XDB-C18 column, mobile phase: methanol : water=65 : 35, flow rate: 0.3 mL/min. The condition of mass spectrum: Fragmento voltage 110 V, quantificational ion m/z 215, collision energy 4 V; qualitative ion m/z 187, collision energy 10 V. Results: When the range of concentration was from 0.008 4 mg/L to 0.840 mg/L, relativity R2=0.999 99, the recoveries of this method in the range of 92.8%~100.0%. Qualitative concentration of detection (S/N=3) : 0.002 mg/L, quantificational concentration of detection (S/N=3) : 0.007 mg/L. Conclusion: The method was accurate. It can be applied to the determination of the fraxinellone content in Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz patulin.
