摘要 高等职业教育正在迅速崛起,为食品类高等职业教育提供了新的生机。课程改革作为高等职业教育教学改革的核心,需要更加科学完备的考试评价体系。就目前食品类高职教育考试模式的弊端,提出了与课程改革相适应的创新型考试模式,并以食品质量管理课程的课程改革为背景,阐述了新型考试模式的实践操作。 With higher vocational education springing up rapidly, higher vocational education of foodstuff subject was filled with activity, vigor, spirit and challenge in the process. As the core of teaching reform of higher vocational education, more scientific and integrated test assessment systems were needed. In this paper, the malpractice of test model in the field of food higher vocational education were analyzed and innovative test model that adapts to the current of course reform were put forward. For the aim above, the practices of new test model with the background of the course reform of food quality management elaborates were introduced.
