摘要
粮油质量检验课程按照新制定的课程标准,在一体化教学过程中采取项目化教学法,无论在调动学生学习积极性方面,还是在提高学生专业能力方面,较课程改革之前均有显著的提高。存在的主要问题是学生在各个任务的整合方面有所欠缺,无法在有限的课堂时间内对学生补缺。尝试了课题式课外探究学习方式,是课堂教学的一种有效补充模式。
According to the new curriculum standards, grain and oil quality testing has adopted project approach during implementing integrative teaching. Compared to previous curriculum standards, this project approach not only motivates more students' enthusiasm of learning, but also improve the professional competence of students. However, it is discovered that students has drawback in integrating each task and is impossible to cover this shortage in the limited time. After attempting the project-extracurricular inquiry, the author thinks that this learning style is better and is the effective complement of teaching.
