绿色能源是不排放污染物的能源。是开发利用干净、无污染、可再生的能源,如水能、生物能、太阳能、风能、地热能、潮汐能和海洋能等。低碳经济是以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的经济模式,是人类社会继农业文明、工业文明之后的又一次重大进步。低碳经济的实质是高效利用能源,创建清洁能源结构,重塑人类的生产模式、生活方式和价值观念。开发绿色能源,促进低碳经济,是推进我国经济社会可持续发展,实现现代化的必由之路,也是对推动人类进步的最大贡献。

Green energy, including hydropower, bioenergy, solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, tidal energy, ocean energy, etc. is a kind of clean and renewable energy that does not contaminate; and construction of a low-carbon economy aims at high efficiency of utilization of clean energy. In the present era that requires proper development and utilization of natural resources and protection of ecological environment as well as sustainable development of economical construction, the society, resources and the ecological environment, it is necessary to develop green energy and promote the construction of a low-carbon economy.
