大学生党员教育培养的实效性路径探讨

An Exploration of Effective Ways of College Student Party Member Education and Cultivation

当前大学生党员教育培养模式,存在着不同程度的重理论、轻实践的倾向,极不利于青年学生的健康成长和保持共产党员先进性长效机制的建立。如何突破时间和空间的局限、专业学习和党员实践的矛盾、党员教育与学生成材的关系,增强大学生党员教育培养的实效性,是摆在高等学校党建工作者面前的一道难题。笔者认为可从利用网络、校园文化、学生社团、社区等角度去创新形式,拓宽平台,试图探求增强大学生党员教育培养的实效性的路径。

The current mode of college student party member education and cultivation to some extent stresses theory and despises practice, which exerts much negative influence on establishment of a long-term mechanism of keeping CPC members advanced. Therefore, it is important to achieve breakthroughs in limitations of time and space, contradictions of professional learning and communist practice and coordination of communist education and ideological education to improve effect of college student party member education. This paper holds that internet, campus culture, organizations of college students and communities can be employed to improve the effect of college student party member education and cultivation.
