摘要
介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司炼油厂第三套重油催化裂化装置(简称三催化装置)与上游装置热联合及低温热的回收利用情况。通过与渣油加氢装置热联合,三催化装置共回收利用低温热32.8 MW,使装置能耗降低627.9 MJ/t(15 kg标油/t)。在成功实现与上游装置热联合的基础上,提出了与下游蒸馏装置热联合的设想。与下游装置热联合实现后,该厂可回收凝结水10t/h,节约无盐水80 kt/a,降低生产成本28万元。
It is introduced that the heat integration from third set of resid fluid catalytic cracking(RFCC) to the upstream unit,and low temperature heat recycled in workplace of the author.The 32.8 MW of low temperature heat are recycled in the RFCC unit by heat integration to resid hydro-processing unit,energy consumption of The RFCC reduced by 627.9 MJ/t(15 kg standard oil/t).Based on the success in the heat integration to the upstream unit,the integration to the downstream unit has been realized,the condensation water of 10 t/h recycled,desalinated water of 80 kt/a saved and the production cost of$280 thousands decreased by.
