摘要 分析了70 kt/a聚丙烯(PP)装置PK801气流输送系统在压力控制方面存在的问题。针对控制过程中因压力波动导致生产PP时氮气消耗量增加的问题,实施了技术改造。技术改造后,每年不仅节约氮气2.639×10~9Nm^3,而且消除了氧含量超标现象,保证了装置平稳运行。 It is analyzed that the trouble from pressure control appliance of airflow transportation system in 70 kt/a polypropylene(PP) plant.Based on the problem that the pressure fluctuating can cause the nitrogen of consumption increased in production of the PP,the technical improvement has been put into practice.The nitrogen consumption is reduced by 2.639×10~9 Nm^3,the condition of oxygen content exceeding the standard precluded, and stable operation continuously ensured in the PP plant by the improvement.
