摘要 以丁二烯、苯乙烯为单体,环己烷/正己烷的混合溶液为溶剂,正丁基锂为引发剂,采用阴离子偶联分步聚合法,引入了双功能团偶联剂,合成了塑料改性用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物产品。该产品可用于高抗冲聚苯乙烯改性,在保证材料刚性不变的同时,冲击强度大幅度提高,尤其是低温悬臂梁缺口冲击强度提高近一倍,对聚丙烯产品也有显著改性效果。 The block copolymer of styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS) for plastics modified was synthesized by anionic coupling stepwise polymerization, mixture solution of cyclohexane and hexane as the solvent, styrene and butadiene as the monomer, n-butyl lithium as the initiator, difunctional coupling agent introduced. The modified products for the high impacted polystyrene(HIPS), the impacted strength was improved significantly, rigidity of the HIPS not changed absolutely meanwhile, especially the impacted strength at low temperature enhanced to double nearly, as well for the polypropylene modified availably.
