摘要
重点分析ZeeWeed500d超滤膜在使用过程中出现的污堵及膜通量降低问题。提出了通过改变曝气频率及适当调节pH值以消除污堵,增加膜通量。通过对超滤膜清洗技术的研究,提出采用频率为70~620 kHz的超声波能够有效地清洗、去除聚丙烯材料超滤膜的污染问题。
It was analyzed that ZeeWeed500d of uhrafiltration membrane appeared problem of the membrane flux reduction resulted from scaling in operation. In order to prevent the blockade from the sealing and improve the flux, the aeration frequency was changed and the pH adjusted properly. The scaling on membrane made from polypropylene was cleaned effectively by ultrasound wave of frequency in 70-620 kHz.
